• Fixing problem of pages not working for some users

This release is a maintenance release including PHP 7.3, 7.4, 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 compatibility fixes and other bug fixes.

• Bug fix: #3333597: umlauts like äüö get mangled
• PHP 8.2 compatibility for functional tests

This release resolves compatibility with PHP 8.2 and fixes some other minor issues. Updating is recommended for all sites.
