minor adjustments to export/revert code so it works with the omega base theme and not just the subthemes of omega

Renamed sidebar_last to sidebar_second, and updated associated references
Also renamed ALL regions to take a naming structure of first, second, third, etc. all per #798414: sidebar_last should be sidebar_second to match D7 core

Development release of the Drupal 7 version.

This branch of Quicktabs represents a departure from previous versions in that it uses the jQuery UI Tabs plugin for its tabs functionality, following #553070: Merge with tabs module for D7?. It also leverages the new AJAX framework for ajax loading of content. It still requires a lot of work.

A complete rewrite of the ad module, aims to fully leverage core APIs to offer much more flexible functionality.

Aims to be a straight port of the DRUPAL-6--2 ad module to Drupal 7.
