Same as 7.x-1.2 but adds the following:

added .intsall to do hook_uninstall cleanups in the block table and variables table to avoid any conflicts for users that have been testing at many levels of Drupal 7 releases which can seriously clutter the block table with bunk data.

Added fluid layouts in 12, 16, and 24 column varieties.
Cleaned up the theme settings interface a great deal, using vertical tabs, and some accordions.
Fixed bugs in grid overlay, set overlay backgrounds to not show on fluid layouts until a better method of overlay can be devised that will work with fluid. (the info box and hover outlines still work)

minor adjustments, fixes and feature changes.
