First alpha release after initial steps to upgrade to Drupal 7 with the help of the coder module.

Dev snapshot release.

Fixing _block_rehash() error where omega_tools_block_info was returning null when development placeholder blocks were disabled.

This is the 7.x release. For right now it is just the same as the 6.x release. Will be updating shortly. Patches welcome.
