Development version of stager - module always subject to change before the first official release!

This update is for:
- Changes in the Drupal API.
- MediaElement made structure changes. This accommodates those and uses the compressed version of the scripts.

This release requires recent versions of Drupal core (beta3 is too old) and the Entity API (beta2 is too old).
