Initial release

First beta release of the On This Day module. More testing needed with time zones and the use of format_date() + REQUEST_TIME before I can make a 1.0 release.

First official release for the Pirate filter module on the 7.x branch. New features include hook_captain(), configurable filter tip display, and #pre_render callback for any element. Yarr!

This is the first development release.
