Added possibility to stop behavior on small browser widths.

The 7-dev release provides a major new feature. It gives each block that ability to conditionally display the title link. This is useful if you wish to store a link associated with a block but wish to have the block template render it elsewhere (ex: as an image link). The variable is still stored as $block->title_link.

There is no upgrade path for existing tokens and actions, but there are tokens and actions in Apply for Role 7 that are comparable to the ones that were available in in Apply for Role 6.

This is the development download built periodically from the latest code on git. Taxonomy NCO has stable release versions which you should use if you are unsure what to do (in green on the main page). This version is for those interested in trying out new developments, you need to test it before using on production sites. Please report any problems that you find on the issue queues.
