Fixed bug in lexicon_admin.js where a function was called that was no longer there causing the admin screen to behave strangely.

This release mainly fixes a bug where the JS update was broken in non-English sites. Thanks FranciscoLuz and gionnibgud for reporting the bug and helping test the fix!

- Missing require in analytics modules.
- Administration links not displayed in admin/config.
