Initial port from 6.x of the CCK Signup Basic configuration feature.

This is the 7.x developmental branch for cck_accessibility 1.x.
There is a lot of work to be done so expect changes to break things between snapshots.

Please report bugs only if you have reviewed the code and believe that the problematic areas are finished and are supposed to be functional.

Drupal 7 version of Domain Blocks module.

This is a minor update to prevent php from throwing a notice in one particular spot. I am moving from alpha2 to beta1 since I haven't received any bug reports in a few weeks. If you have alpha2, and haven't been bothered with any PHP notices, then you do not need to upgrade at this time; that one little change is the only difference.
