Development release for Drupal 7.

WP Blog is graduating from 1.x-dev!
The module's running and stable on enough sites to warrant a 1.0 release.

Dev. Ready for testing now, strait HTML5 port, should be very stable and close to release without any major changes.

This is meant to be the initial release for 7. Comes with orange theme and admin theme. Admin theme is not dependent on orange.
