First release for Comment Access, a Drupal 7 port of User Comment. In addition to the original porting, it includes:

#1044304 by rschwab: eliminating redundant skip comment approval permission.
#1055850 by rschwab: core approval message no longer shown when custom message is set.
#1064062 by rschwab: Add permissions to administer comments by content type.
