Announcing Amazon SES for Drupal!

This beta1 release includes integration for most methods for SES offered by Amazon PHP SDK.

Changes since DRUPAL-7--1-0-ALPHA1:
- by xibun: introduction of hook_variable_info() to allow for multilingual variables.
- by xibun: fixed bug and clean-up to display bank details on checkout page.
- by xibun: renamed 'account name' to 'account owner' for increased clarity.

Initial 7.x -dev release. Highly untested!
