Changes since 7.x-4.2:

#1037720: Add font reference field type
#1080292: Add destination parameter to font rule edit form

First usable release. For block usage it should work, still not tested with a real ESI gate though, but the generated ESI tags seems valid. AJAX downgrade mode with AJAX block loading works perfectly fine on testing environment.
Any bug should be reported as quickly as possible.

- completely revamp as zen-7.x-3.x-dev subtheme.
- replace FamFamFam Silk icon set as spirit20-GPL icon set.
- reset coding style as like as STARTERKIT, simpler for compare.
- add support liquid/fluid/fixed layouts in theme-settings.php.
- completely revamp and simplify as custom design and implementation.
- update screenshots for Drupal.org display.
- skip version to 7.x-3.0-alpha4, sync with interactive_media.

This is a port of Footnotes 6.x-2.5 to Drupal 7 (hence, 7.x-2.5). There are no new features other than the Drupal 7 compatibility.

Looking for new maintainer!

With this release I'm announcing my intent to step down as maintainer for this module. Footnotes was first released in June 2006 and today, 4 Drupal major versions later has over 1100 websites using it.
