added more general support for taxonomy fields via entity API

Initial release of the d7 video module. We have added list of new features like editable presets and improved the transcoding interfaces. Open for testers.

Not yet ready for production.

Bringing the 7.x-0.x branch into the repo. This branch will hold the Drupal 7 compatible code of this module.
