Initial release of the module. Provides a CTools access plugin for using the access rules of another path.

First stable release of Blockify module for Drupal 7.

Almost fully ported the latest D6 version.
All UI screens have been ported.

Still missing:
- Views and Panels modules support is not ported, and probably won't until there is no D7 stable versions of those modules
- Charts support has been disabled, and will come as soon as possible
