New features:
#1310198: [D7] Counter plugin to count symbols and words
Add plugin to count symbols and words inside CKEditor
#1280298: [D7] Add configuration option to disable text format filters in filter/xss request

Big rewrite - now comes as an API module + functionality modules.
New functionality added - imageeditor_inline module to edit any inline image on the site.
Plus special option for Aviary Feather editor - set color theme to use.
Please test and submit feedback - as all this new functionality settles out we will have a stable 1.3 release and I will start back poring it to D6.

Initial D7 port of views_arg_context, provided by baldwinlouie and Adam S in #1071930: views_arg_context: D7 port.

Add fixed page width option. Fixes #1274958: Width inconsistency - Width inconsistency.
