Same as 7.x-1.1 but with error handling

Since Google Reader has changed recently it was necessary to alter the module to retrieve data from the new concept of Bundle as Google Reader call items sharable from now on.

Changes since 7.x-1.1:

• Fixed the entity_type column only needs to be 32 characters.
• by Dave Reid: Prevent PHP notices if just $entity->path['pathauto'] is defined and no other path alias attributes.

• Removed 3rd party library as it's stated at http://drupal.org/node/422996
• Added Drush integration to download the ddcl 3rd party js lib.
