Dev branch for Pushtape Features.

Fixes some bugs in beta1. Adds links to start a new Show or Reservation that include the old og group id in the query string to support synchronizing common fields.

First (pretty) stable release of 7.x-2.x.
All functionality now depends on fields instead of a separate table.

forgot to add widgets.tokens.inc file

Dev release. Nothing working yet.
