Initial stable release of the comment goodness module.

The primary features include:

1. Support for DESC comment sort ordering i.e. newest to oldest. The Drupal default is oldest to newest and as of D7, this was no longer configurable.
2. Configurable labels for the new comment form and the list of comments.

Fix to issue #1389234: Undefined $u causes issues when giving role to a user on checklist completion.

Issue #1268962: Removed the non-working and unconverted CCK field feature, which is not central to the module's main purpose and seems to be in little demand. This will only be restored if someone contributes working code.
