This release fixes various bugs and adds the function `hook_fillpdf_merge_fields_alter` to let other modules alter fields before PDF generation.

It also includes a large cleanup of the code style.

Changes since 7.x-1.0:

• Try to get context and data for token replacement by backtracing to field_attach_view().

Fixed trouble with sidebar layout.
Added new region "Node top".
