Very basic dev release in case anyone want to help speed things along. Mostly for internal use only.

Corrected numerous issues since initial 6.x-1.0 release.

Bugs fixed:
#1348918: Fix Boost integration: Add render() on block content.
$(window).load was $(window).ready, yes, it was copy-paste.

Please clear caches and regenerate aggregated JS after updating to this version.
