7.x

Changes were made to prevent Drupal's caching system from caching
the URL used to aquire keys, as per issue:
#1457358: Caching issues with encrypt_submissions

This release is a good release to start pounding on the 7.x release. Everything has been pretty much upgraded to 7.x and anyone wanting to try it should give it ago.

If this release is working well, I hope to have the first beta out in a couple of weeks.

Fix dependency on libraries.
