This is the initial dev release, beta to follow.

This is version 7 release and is currently in dev status, use on production sites with caution.

Now using the library api, added make file, added support for custom selectors

Responsivity was completely rebuilt so it works in smart phones with high screen resolution.

Properly tag so admin changes brought to top of 7.x branch

• Fix: wrong method id when saving the payment receipt
• Fix: show the submitted values in the Registration form
• Use UC_GOPAY_STANDARD_PAYMENT_METHOD constant instead of string
• Redirect to cart/checkout/review when payment fails
• Check if the primary currency is set to CZK
• Small fixes and cleanup
• Better UI strings
