This rolls up the accumulated bug fixes since the RC3 release.

Adjustments, standardization and code cleanup.

Now the module checks if the image module is active, before allowing the sending of an album cover.

Added async calls for all service resource calls. Added local storage capabilities and bundled service resource calls. Much better performance now.
