Fixed code formatting and required field validation issue.

Fixed some CSS issues (including IE7 and 8 inline block issue), added translation support patch.

This update fixes issue #1489928, where imports failed unless the date field was configured to accept Unix timestamps. Now, the module handles ISO and datetime formats as well.

Port of D6 codebase.

Initial release.
