Issue #1491534 by crazyrohilla: Same as 6.x-1.0, just ported to drupal 7.

select_tree now supports unlimited depth of taxonomy tree.
select_optgroups supports only one level, because browsers support only one level of optgroups inside select

Initial feature-complete realease.
