Actually send download headers to force image file download.

Refactored download statistics tracking, now always use the one request and don't use AJAX for this since it's not necessary and will only generate an additional request.

Small javascript filename refactor and got rid of throbber image and styles since not used anymore.

Improve the way stats are handled in ajax/js and allow for easily adding extra statistics
