Edit content type will now appear in the overlay page if the user has appropriate permissions.

Field collection support added. Improved js functionality.

Since jerdiggity is very bussy, MrDamasajaga joined as co-maintainer. This release has my additions: new functionality with a different approach (see: #1167194).

First stable release, after a long period with zero bug reports against the dev version.
