How to use this module with other modules

I have a couple of questions. At first glance I thought I could use this module to collect a zipcode from an anonymous visitor and redirect them to another page, based upon their zipcode .. and in fact you can .. if you input all the zip codes, radius, and redirects manually.

What I was hoping was that I could say that all pages will redirect to a panel page that accepts the zipcode collected as the argument.

So my questions are as follows:
1) What is the variable saved for the zipcode and can I access it as either an argument passed to another module or using php code?
2) Are there plans to make this accessible or compatible with other modules, like views for example.
3) Can I use a wild card in the configuration for zipcode? I tried and still got an error .. maybe I am doing it wrong.
