Hi, Konstantin!

I adapted Drupal 7 version of Yandex Metrics module for current Yandex API. Please give me maintainer permissions, so I will fix current version of module and will support it. Also I have a plan to create Drupal 9/10 version but will do it after release new stable Drupal 7 version. I have a vetted role on d.org, so module will be covered by the security advisory policy.

Thanks Konstantin! I've updated dev version of module today. I will make stable release in a few days.
