Version 2.x reorganized the modules and moved all the content playlist generation to the main xpsf_plalylist.module. But it left some unfinished changes and broke some 1.x existing features.
This patch:
- remove completely the unneeded modules
- add again support for flvmediaplayer (lost when removing the xspf_playlist_node.module)
- remove form sections that are now in the xpsf_playlist_thumb.module, or functions moved to the xspf_playlist.node.inc or unexistent alter functions.
- Fixed the thumbnail generation
The only pending issue is the "Use thumbnail only for first playlist item" settings option that it seems never worked and doesn't do anything.
