Problem/Motivation

Webform fields that are conditionally required used to be visually marked as required. This was removed in commit 0fc66fc (no ticket).

Proposed resolution

Add CSS to bring back the visual required markers, matching current styles.

Form required markers appear for label elements with class form-required.
