I think there should be a hook_perm() for this module.
Not very difficult to do, if I will use this module, I would have a look a this.

Actually there is a hook_perm(). It's just commented out. What permissions would you suggest?

First of all the permission to use Workspace. I think it's the minimum don't you ?
