Error: "Table workflow_actions doesn't exist" (actions.module isn't enabled)

When action.module isn't enabled workflow_actions dbtable won't be created.

Fixed in latest dev release. Please wait an hour before downloading to give a chance to Drupal.org to refresh the release tarball. The module should now support Actions 1.x and 2.x. Please try it and let me know!
