I notice there's an option to export a list, but not for importing one. Are there any plans for adding this into future versions?

Importing a list is fully supported and it will take a CSV file for input!

You can either build up a list of users by incorporating a signup in your site's registration system, or you can import straight in if you have a CSV of customer details or similar.
