Right now this module creates a singular view-layer-server architecture, which should be expanded to have a view type which is like an endpoint, so that people can add that view-server as the GetCapabilities URL and point GeoServer to the other layers from there. Since layers have full URLs, this should be totally possible.

Hub is added; mostly works. Some refactoring has been done, very close.

The hub is removed for the time being. Too complex to maintain, and only a convenience, not a necessity.
