Fixed PHP 5.3 compatibility. Add usernames blocking, taxonomy terms rewriting features.

Developmental branch for testing and adding new features to the WebPurify module. This branch should be considered unstable until a release candidate emerges.

This release only changes the HTTP method used on the WebPurify API, from GET to POST. This fixes an error that could arise on very large nodes/comments.

This is the first beta release of WebPurify. This module is currently in use, and should be relatively bug free. However, a few bugs might still be lurking. Please help us test it out and get to an official 1.0 release.
