Hello,

I'd like to report the fact that if you place one of these selection option fields into a fieldset (grouped fields) that this functionality no longer works. The field will show up normally, without pre-filled select options.

Same bug!

In fieldset, the field is correctly displayed but we can't see the data in %email_values and I can't use it for send email.
