I would like to be able to display more than one webform report at a time. E.g., display two or more reports on a page. Is this currently possible? It doesn't look like Views can pull reports or submission results (even after adding a relationship), and I don't think webform reports can be displayed in blocks.

You can update your webform module to 7.x-4.x-dev and then you will be able to use webform submissions data in your view.
Notice: if you wanna use your webform fields, then you should first ad a relationshionship on each field.
