Hi,
I using additional submission field with drupal_http_request, but, multipart/form-data header don't working. I can't post attached file field content to external server.

Don't this with Webform_php?

As far as I know, drupal_http_request() is not capable of transferring files (but I've never tried so I'm not entirely sure). You have to realize that files aren't included in the $_POST values or in the $submission object, you'd have to somehow encode the saved file and forward it.
