Thanks for the work on this module - this will be very useful for a lot of websites.

Q. I have configured the "pay" type in my form and gotten it to display with Paypal in Test. I can see the fields I have selected (Name, Address, Phone number) but but I am not showing the total amount to be paid.

I have selected the appropriate values (seven in all so far) from the payment selection field and they are all selection boxes with a $$$ amount configured as (for example) "115|Registration Fee ($115)".

I think I am missing something obvious here - can anyone help?
