I'm doing an internship at a company who uses Drupal for their website. They use a form to let people subscribe for a product of them and use Webform2Sugar to bind the results to SugarCRM. This has worked all the time, until we noticed today that it didn't work anymore.
The reports aren't submitted to SugarCRM, although I have the impression that all the settings are correct: (As far as I know something about SugarCRM and this module)
- The URL of the SugarCRM is correct
- The version is correct
- The campaign ID is correct
- The fields of the form are bind to SugarCRM
Has anybody got any clue how it's possible that it suddenly stops working?
Maybe this might be important: I DID update our Drupal site from D6.12 to D6.20 and the webform module from 6.x-2.9 to 6.x-3.9 and the webform2sugar module from 6.x-3.0-beta2 to 6.x-4.0-beta2. If I remember correctly, we tested it and it DID work then. But a little while later it seemed to have failed..

Trinorae commentedI checked my log files and noticed this:
SugarCRM 2011-05-19 14:22 Anonymous
SugarCRM 2011-05-12 09:52 Anonymous
SugarCRM 2011-05-10 15:05 Valid response recieved from SugarCRM Anonymous
2011-05-10, everything seems to be OK? 2011-05-12 was the day I did the upgrade to D6.20 and updated all the modules to their newest version. Including webform and webform2sugar. So something must have gone wrong while updating, but I have no clue what.

Trinorae commentedIt seems that the way the URL has to be entered at the Webform2Sugar settings has changed since the previous version(s). In the old version there was "the domain location of the sugarCRM" and "the directory location of the sugarCRM". The new version only has "The URL of sugarCRM" where the directory has to be added to the domain location.. That was quite confusing when you weren't the one who installed/configured the module initially.
And now it seems that a dropdownlist with countries doesn't submit the country, but the key.. (which is just a number..) *Sigh*
