This will be the place where we enable Drupal for the next web - web 3.0.
This module is an MVP at the moment and still needs to be tested heavily.
For now it provides the functionality for connecting to a wallet, disconnecting from it, and react to changing wallet network.
Clicking 'Connect Wallet' prompts the user to sign a message with their wallet, then asks for permission to view the address and connect to it.
Once user approves the connection in their wallet Drupal checks if a user with that wallet address exists in Drupal or not.
If user doesn't exist then a new user is created, otherwise the user is logged in with their existing user.
