Waterloo is a responsive, colourable theme that is designed to be easy to set up and customize. It is not meant to be all things to all people, but will hopefully be all things to some people :)
The theme includes three colour options and six collapsible regions - just enough to suit your needs, but not too many to be overwhelming.

- Regions: Featured, Content, Sidebar, Upper footer, Lower footer
- Fluid width to a maximum of 1200px
- Adapts for small-screen devices
- Customized display for all core modules including forum, poll, and book
- Support for content editing
- Views Slideshow in Featured region (with implementation instructions)

What's in a name?
I chose the name Waterloo for a variety of reasons. First, it is the name of the region where I live (in Ontario Canada; an area also known as "Canada's Technology Triangle"). But "Waterloo" also has many other meanings. It is a train station in London. It is a famous battle. It is a song. The variety of meanings parallel the variety of uses for this theme.
