My website is down and it gives an error : Warning: PDO::__construct(): The server requested authentication method unknown to the client [mysql_old_password] in /hermes/bosnaweb02a/b2283/nf.steroid-im/public_html/steroidim.com/includes/database/database.inc on line 304

I have check the solutions here and its says to remove and read database users . The CMS also cant be accessed . What can be done , rather how are the other ways to access and sort out the issue .

Also if removing and re-adding something on the DB how shld that be done ? or is separate access to the CMS .

Sorry, but I don't think your issue has anything to do with this module. Try a search for the error message to see if anyone else has encountered your problem, and if so, how they fixed it.
