This module should only be marked as development. It has no actually functionality, thus it shouldn't be marked as a beta, but rather should be highlighted as in development. All you have done with this module is provide a list of 20 items which the user can check off to say they have visited. Actually, I realized now you don't even have that, it is all commented out. The description of this module does not lend itself to what is actually being provided. Please update the project description to reflect what the module does as well as to indicate this is not in a usable beta but rather completely in non-usable development status.

This is worse than I thought. You have blatantly just copied the code from the SEO checklist module http://drupal.org/project/seo_checklist and are passing it off as a module of your own. At the worst this is spam, at the best this should be unpublished until you actually have a module.
