Currently, if you select a default state and have the zipcode field enabled, the webform initially displays the appropriate list of representatives for that state. However, if you then enter a zipcode, it does not respect the state option in the resultant list.

Ideally, the webform would initially display all reps for the state. Then, if you enter a zipcode, it would check the resultant reps against the state selection to filter the list.

This bugfix is currently in CVS.

Uses YQL to check what state the zip is located in.
