Hi

i cannot uninstall the module because:

Voting API Widgets.
The following reason prevents Votingapi Widgets from being uninstalled:
Fields pending deletion

But when i look into /admin/reports/fields there is no field anymore which is connected with votingapi

how can i find the fields and delete them?

i had to `DELETE from key_value where name like '%deleted%' and collection = 'state';`

Is there any evidence that this is a problem caused by the votingapi_widgets module? As far as I can tell, this is expected core Drupal behavior - you can't uninstall a module when that module provides fields and those fields are still in use.

If the fields are "pending deletion", that's a core Drupal problem or perhaps some site-specific problem, but not an indication of a problem with votingapi_widgets.

I updated from D8 to D9 and when I ran update.php, says votingapi is incompatible with Drupal 9.1.5

It IS compatible with Drupal 9, and has been D9 compatible since December. The automated tests (which run weekly) prove that. See the output at https://dispatcher.drupalci.org/job/drupal_contrib/324407/console

As stated on the project page, you must use the development version, 8.x-1.x-dev, for D9 compatibility.
