From Drupal 9 upgrade status, there are two errors found for votingapi module:

modules/contrib/votingapi/src/Form/VoteDeleteConfirm.php:
Class Drupal\votingapi\Form\VoteDeleteConfirm extends @internal class Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityDeleteForm.

modules/contrib/votingapi/src/Form/VoteTypeDeleteConfirm.php:
Class Drupal\votingapi\Form\VoteTypeDeleteConfirm extends @internal class Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityDeleteForm.

Well first, EntityDeleteForm is not an @internal class. See https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21lib%21Drupal%21Core%21Entity%21...

And second, even if it were @internal, it is not wrong to extend an @internal class. Maybe that would rate a warning, but certainly not an error.

I really don't know how you got those messages.

Actually, it seems EntityDeleteForm *used* to be @internal, but it was changed back in #3196168: Should remove @internal from EntityDeleteForm.

It is not @internal anymore in any supported version of core Drupal 9.x. Please upgrade your Drupal 9 to a currently-supported version (D9.2.10 or higher).
