I would like to be able to filter/sort my view to entitles with votes cast by the current user. I am am able to choose a relationship for voting results (cast by all users) but not for individual votes by user uid. Is this possible and I'm just overlooking it, or is this not implemented?

This is the existing issue that should address your request: #1734652: Show vote-result by user-id

That is currently for D7, but we don't keep separate issues open for D7 and D8. The feature should be developed in that issue and ported to other versions of Drupal core in that issue.
